A 468Wh UL-certified battery and 26-inch city tires are a sensible starting point for a step-through commuter, and the Cityscape 2.0 builds a familiar, easy-to-live-with bike around them. The low frame makes stops and starts feel casual, while the 500W motor and 7-speed gearing let you pedal normally or lean on the throttle. The puncture-resistant 26 x 1.95-inch tires roll over patchy pavement and curb cuts with less twitchiness than the 20-inch fat-tire models here.
What we appreciate most is how little the Cityscape asks of you. The battery is removable for charging, the front suspension and adjustable handlebars take the sting out of longer errands, and the white-and-tan finish looks more considered than most budget city bikes. The 50-mile pedal-assist claim is best treated as an upper limit; the 30-35 mile throttle figure is the more realistic guide for mixed riding.
Riders who need a rack, fenders, or a 30-mile daily loop should look at the Qlife or Funhang. For everyone else, the step-through opening is what makes the Cityscape easy to live with; the 26-inch wheels are why it still feels like a bicycle.

The Cityscape 2.0 is the step-through we recommend first for most city riders: a UL-certified 468Wh battery, familiar 26-inch wheels, and a manageable 7-speed drivetrain in a package that is easy to live with.
